We just finish the partner support trip in South Asian. Two industry are good 

1 Military 

2 Furniture

Due to Military we can't talk and we will share the experience for furniture industry.

1.  Single ply cutter made in China have good quality and bad quality.   Some customers think Made in China all same and buy some single ply cutter directly from Chinese suppliers and they face big troubles. Even screw will broken. So the machine take their 10 square meter space can't work good.

2. Some supplier not give customer correct model due to they wanna sell with very low price.   For example some users 163cm fabric can't enter their 2516 cutter..     Or they need use film even cut single ply  or they use Oscillating knife to cut furniture 1 ply fabric..     So there is no efficiently for them

3. Scanner system:  The others half price than ours but customer operator told they back to use Digitizer  due to the scanner need repaire lines more than digitizer..   Funny but it is true

4. We met one of user use our Chinese Version Single ply cutter: We asked him what can we do for you?  he told your machine no broken so no need any assistant until now (2 years already) ..  We talked about scanner he used he told he tried other cheaper one but slower than digitizer until met our scanner..  Super fast and easy using..  Also he shared why he continue buy 3pcs Vm Chinese Version single ply cutter from our domestic partner:  1pc VM single ply cutter can produce 50sets sofa in 8 hours  and their cutting team from 17 experienced workers reducde to 7 not high cost common workers..     He is super happy with even they just use our domestic version VM single ply cutter in Sofa Industry. 

I remmber one of the users who bought cheap no work machines said:

Cheap product only I happy when I pay  after I get the machine headache everyday.. Even screw can broken...............

After this trip we found we have resposible to help all customers not go wrong products.. Waste money (yes even they buy very cheap) but if no use it means waste their money..   If you also have customers in Furniture Industry.. Please help us remind them for our experience and we sure they will super happy with our remind and they buy correct products.
