Our Sales Manager Jack finished his 20 days business trip and training in Europe and back to the office. He installed 1 PC ATPJET-2185E Inkjet Plotter at sight with the help of our local partner and visited some end users to ask their requirement for the products. Also he visited some users for European plotters.  The machine working amazing especially for the calibration and plotting speed even this is only our basic model our user and partner both are very happy. They told us they have best choice and much better than others. 

Why our plotting quality is better than others?

1. We use worldwide first level quality material and parts Such as NSK bearing and FengLv aluminum and HP authority parts and technology 

2. We use HAAS CNC made in USA to produce all the mechanical parts

3. We use Encoder strip (with prefect protection) to make sure the plotting quality is amazing on Y direction. ( Encoder never can reach good quality especially after 1 years the plotting quality become worse and worse due to the motor tooth with belt has little gap or loose)

4. Due to we use worldwide first level parts and best design of the paper moving system that we can work very well with glue paper for X direction.  

Tips: Please plot 1 m X 1 m square and you measure the 4 lines should be same also the Cross line(Diagonal) these two lines should be same too. If the 1m line same or similar but cross line (diagonal) line not good there are two reasons:

I they don't use good Y direction control system. 

II they use common or low level mechanical parts. 

The plotting quality will become poor and poor after years using. So please make sure you choose the correct products at first.  

5. With HP engineers' support and shared their golden experience our plotters are good at automatic cleaning and can very efficiently to restart the dry cartridges. You never face problem after  you stop the machines for 2 days (such as Saturday or Sunday)  or more days. 

6. Our plotter can read the data of the cartridges on time and adjust the input voltage of the cartridge to make them working perfectly. 

7. Our plotter can show you the ink level on time and remind you when the cartridge nearly finish
